Serve as the critical operational link between account managers, FAEs, distribution partners, and end customers in support of the Lead-to-Order Process

Job Summary

  • Serve as the critical operational link between account managers, FAEs, distribution partners, and end customers in support of the Lead-to-Order Process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide proactive back-office support, and work directly with end customers on orders and inquiries.
  • Coordinate sample requests, NPI support, and manage escalations or exception requests on customer orders placed through distributors.
