This role is responsible for leading leasing strategy and developing to talent to maximize market growth by identifying opportunities, shaping client relationships, and driving high-value negotiations to deliver Cushman & Wakefield’s full-service real estate solutions.
Build a comprehensive and accurate database of market data and intel, develop a highly reputable Office Market Report and Business Development tools that clients prefer to use, and drive canvassing efforts to generate tenant opportunities and expand the client base.
