π Role Overview We are building a high-performance recruitment team to support large-scale hiring projects across Southeast Asia, especially in data center, infrastructure, and tech sectors. This role is not a coordinator β it is a full-cycle, revenue-generating recruitment role with strong ownership in candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and deal closing. π Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing β screening β interview coordination β offer negotiation β closing Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across tech and infrastructure domains Deliver high-quality candidates under tight timelines 2. Massive Hiring / Project Hiring Execute high-volume recruitment projects (especially data center / infra hiring) Handle parallel requisitions efficiently (10β30+ roles simultaneously) Work closely with internal stakeholders on hiring strategy & prioritization 3. Candidate & Client Management Act as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers Drive candidate engagement and conversion Maintain strong follow-ups and pipeline visibility 4. Negotiation & Deal Closing Lead salary negotiation and offer management Close candidates independently with high success rate Handle counter-offers and drop-off risks 5. Market Intelligence Provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends Support business growth with talent mapping and competitor analysis βΈ» π Requirements Must-have 3β8 years experience in agency / headhunter environment Proven track record in closing hires independently Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment Experience handling mass hiring / project hiring (data center / infra preferred) Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Able to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong plus Experience hiring for data center / cloud / infra / tech roles
