The role involves ensuring safe and efficient operations of site facilities, managing vendors, implementing energy management initiatives, and overseeing financial and commercial site operations.

Must-have
Facilities management in commercial real estate
Technical problem-solving skills
HVAC, electrical and fire protection systems
Preventive maintenance program management
Vendor and contract management
Health and safety compliance
Nice-to-have
Experience in diplomatic environments
Building Energy Management Systems operation
Energy conservation initiatives
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Team collaboration to meet KPIs
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years facilities management experience
Experience with electrical, HVAC, water supply, fire protection systems
Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance plans
Class 3 Chief Electrical Engineer certification (preferred)
