Job Summary
The Adult Education Director provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and institutional leadership for programs including Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Equivalency (HSE), English as a Second Language (ESL), Integrated Education & Training (IET), and workforce literacy and transition pathways.
This position is funded through external grant support, and the final salary offer will be determined based on the benefits package selected by the candidate.
The Director supervises hiring, professional development, and evaluations of Adult Education staff and builds partnerships with the workforce, education, and community organizations.
