Job Summary

  • The Adult Education Director provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and institutional leadership for programs including Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Equivalency (HSE), English as a Second Language (ESL), Integrated Education & Training (IET), and workforce literacy and transition pathways.
  • This position is funded through external grant support, and the final salary offer will be determined based on the benefits package selected by the candidate.
  • The Director supervises hiring, professional development, and evaluations of Adult Education staff and builds partnerships with the workforce, education, and community organizations.
