Job Summary
The position leads the planning, development, and execution of rule readoption and amendment processes in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes.
Candidates must serve as the primary point of contact for rulemaking coordination between the Division, the Commission for MH/DD/SAS, and the Office of Administrative Hearings.
