Job Summary

  • The Events Specialist supports the U.S. events team and is responsible for the coordination and execution of national corporate events, sponsorships, virtual webinars/conferences, and podcasts.
  • In this role, you will organize and manage program agendas at conferences, partner with national departments, and manage the logistics and execution of all sponsorship deliverables.

Salary

Base: $66,610 - $85,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus; Benefits: Employer subsidized medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, 10 sick days, 15+ vacation days, 10 holidays, 2 personal days, 12 weeks paid parental leave for birth parents, 4 weeks for non-birth parents

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in event coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred

  • 20% travel required
