  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues
  • Install and repair motors, drives, sensors, and control systems
  • Fabricate, weld, and build mechanical or electrical components
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Work in extreme temperatures, noise, dust, humidity, fumes, and chemicals
  • Lift, carry, shift, push, and pull 50+ pounds

Nice-to-have

  • Reverse engineer unfamiliar or custom machinery
  • Participate in continuous improvement
  • Develop 6S environment
  • Partner with and manage vendors and contractors
  • Comfortable with a change environment

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Technical certification preferred
  • Must supply own tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift, scissor lift, and crane certification
