Suggest process improvements to drive operational efficiency, service excellence, and quality, speed, and safety.

Handle phone inquiries and voicemails
Communicate discrepancies in expense reports
Adhere to service level agreements

Knowledge of Concur, WorkDay, ServiceNow, Citibank
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
