  • Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years’ experience or Master’s/Doctoral degree with 10+ years’ experience

  • 5 years' experience in FDA/ISO-regulated industry
  • 5 years' experience in DBS, Lean, or Six Sigma Culture
  • Proven track record of cross-functional work
  • Experience managing budgets
