Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years experience in ERM or risk advisory
  • Strong understanding of non-financial risks
  • Knowledge of Basel III/IV and EBA guidelines
  • Experience with operational and cyber risk assessments
  • Ability to facilitate risk workshops with business units

Nice-to-have

  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx
  • Dutch or French language skills
  • Strategic view on detecting client opportunities
  • Experience with DORA and CRD VI regulations
  • Team spirit in a client-focused environment

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in ERM, risk advisory, or internal audit
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
