Job Summary

  • The CI Supervisor provides a full range of productivity services to Operations and direct cost reduction programs for the facility including leading lean events and developing continuous improvement training programs.
  • This role leads breakthrough and incremental improvement projects, engages personnel in improvement efforts, and supports plant Continuous Improvement projects aligned with Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale principles.
