Job Summary
Penn State Career Services is seeking current undergraduate students of all majors enrolled for the 2026–2027 academic year to serve as Peer Career Assistant Interns beginning Fall 2026.
Interns will work a maximum of 10 hours per week in person at the Bank of America Career Services Center, earning an hourly wage starting at $12.00/hour.
Primary responsibilities include providing mock interviews, offering resume and cover letter reviews, supporting career development workshops, taking professional headshots, and assisting with campus-wide career fairs.
