Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years in financial services
Experience with RPA and AI/ML technologies
Strong grasp of banking processes and agile methodology
Ability to define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Proven track record in roadmap ownership and prioritization
Nice-to-have
Passion for using intelligent automation to drive change
Experience contributing to a Center of Excellence (CoE)
Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience mentoring business analysts and scrum masters
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5 years progressive experience in project management or business analysis
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks
