Job Summary
The Oncology Business Unit Director will lead the strategy development and tactics execution of the Oncology Business Unit in the South Cone Cluster, positioning AstraZeneca as a leader in oncology.
This role is accountable for setting the strategic vision, defining and implementing the business unit’s strategy, coordinating cross-functional and brand-level operational plans, and leading the commercial team to deliver optimal outcomes for patients.

Key Requirements
5+ years pharmaceutical oncology experience
Strategic leadership level
Proven track record in oncology sales and marketing
University degree in Science or Medicine preferred
