Job Summary
This role is responsible for assessing and managing supplier risk and quality performance to ensure continuity of the Entegris and customer supply chain.
The candidate will lead onsite assessments and qualification of materials suppliers while driving gap closure and continuous improvement projects.
Success requires strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams including R&D, Operations, and Commodity Managers as well as strategic suppliers.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Fluent in Japanese and English
5-7 years chemical or gas manufacturing experience
Deep technical understanding of ceramic materials
Experience with supplier corrective actions (SCAR, 8D)
Ability to lead onsite supplier assessments
Nice-to-have
Six-Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
ASQ Certification or equivalent
Additional fluency in Chinese language
MS or PhD degree in relevant field
Knowledge of statistical software like Minitab or JMP
Key Requirements
4 Year Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5-7 years experience in high-tech industry
Direct experience with supplier quality management preferred
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
