Job Summary

• As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory.

• 0-3 years relevant experience for S1 level
• 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years relevant experience for S2 level
• Reside within 25 miles of metro or 75 miles of non-metro territory
