Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or higher
  • One (1) year of manufacturing experience
  • Associates/Two Year Technical degree or higher
  • Extrusion experience
  • Film web handling experience
  • Coating experience
  • Nonwovens processes and/or equipment experience
  • Injection molding processes and/or equipment experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to complete work with little supervision
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
