Tripartite Alliance Limited is seeking an Executive for MW Mediation (Interpretation) to facilitate communication between Bangladeshi migrant workers and TADM officers through interpretation services. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and Bengali, possess a tertiary qualification, and have strong interpersonal skills
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities: Assist TADM officers to communicate effectively with Bangladeshi Migrant Workers by interpreting verbal communications during advisory sessions as well as during mediation
Arrange for external Foreign language Interpreters for proceedings at the Employment Claims Tribunal (ECT), and process payment forms for finance department to make payment promptly
Attend the ECT hearings in person to provide interpretation service in urgent situations where no other external Bangladeshi Interpreters are available
