Job Summary

  • This role is a strategic leadership position within the Finance Division, reporting directly to the Group CFO, combining financial stewardship for Group Functions with global ownership of Finance processes.
  • Responsibilities include serving as the primary Finance partner to global heads of HR, IT, Legal & Compliance, and Enterprise Services, and owning end-to-end global Finance processes like procure-to-pay and record-to-report.
  • The position requires exceptional financial and commercial acumen, deep analytics and process expertise, and proven people leadership capability to lead a team of approximately 20 Finance professionals.

Key Requirements
