Job Summary

  • The Manager, Contract Administration is responsible for commercial contract drafting, contract administration, and execution of CSL Seqirus US Commercial contracts to ensure sales goals are met for US CSL Seqirus vaccines.
  • This includes but is not limited to preparing & submitting bid responses, redlining/drafting contracts & amendments, language negotiation, securing internal approvals, facilitating contract execution and retirement.
  • The Manager, Contract Administration works in partnership with cross functional colleagues, works collaboratively with Sales, and takes the lead in drafting and seeking approval of new contract language when necessary.
