The Director provides strategic leadership for the organization's environmental, health, safety, and emergency preparedness programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and county regulations.
This role requires managing a comprehensive team responsible for developing policies, conducting risk assessments, overseeing incident investigations, and maintaining performance metrics across all business units.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, Operations, and Legal teams to mitigate risks in capital project designs and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies.

Key Requirements
