Hanoverparkbank is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager for its Open Banking team, focusing on Consumer Data Right (CDR) compliance within Retail Banking Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal or compliance background, particularly in regulatory environments, and will provide expert guidance on complex legislative matters

Job Summary

  • Provide expert Line 2 advice across CDR (as Data Holder and Accredited Data Recipient), expansion of CDR into Non-Bank Lending, CDR ingestion use cases, ACCC engagement, and ConnectID/Digital ID participation.
  • This technically demanding role requires confident interpretation of primary legislation, rules and technical data standards, and the ability to form clear, defensible positions on novel issues.

  • Demonstrated experience drafting high-quality written advice and regulator correspondence
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and defending technical positions
