Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
• Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, including monitoring census, planning programs, developing policies, and ensuring budget conformance.
• Actively involved in resolving HR issues and Risk Management situations, overseeing capital improvements, and developing relationships with community groups and local hospital leadership.
