Job Summary
You’ll be the go-to person for local and global HR operations, onboarding, engagement activities, and internal HR communications, making a real difference in the daily experience of our people.
In addition to supporting Croatia, this role will also provide HR support to Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and North Macedonia, helping ensure consistency, collaboration, and employee engagement across the region.

Key Requirements
2-5 years of experience in HR payroll and operations, internal communications, or related fields
Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices across different countries
Solid understanding of payroll processes
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Communications, or a related area
Strong organizational and project management skills
Fluent in Croatian and English
Knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage
