Job Summary
This position is responsible for attending a Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Academy to learn a variety of complex law enforcement duties to enforce Federal and State laws and County ordinances for the protection of life, health, safety, welfare and property.
After successfully completion of the POST Academy, you must successfully complete a one year assignment in the Detention Facility before being eligible to assess for patrol.
