Base: $149,800 - $171,000 (Charlotte, Houston, Plano); Base: $164,800 - $188,100 (McLean); Bonus/LTI: Performance based incentive compensation eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial, and other benefits included.

5+ years multifamily commercial real estate experience
5+ years Agency GSE or CMBS experience

Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods
Ability to conduct on-site property inspections

MBA Multifamily Property Inspections Certification
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Experience mentoring junior staff members

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
Minimum 5 years in multifamily CRE
Minimum 5 years Agency GSE/CMBS experience
Mortgage Banker's Association Multifamily Property Inspections Certification (Preferred)
