Job Summary
The Loading Dock Specialist is responsible to oversee all logistical aspects of the shared space of the loading dock and service elevators in coordination with Residential Services, Engineering and Security.
Coordinates the booking of the service elevator for any Resident needs and controls the ingress and egress of the loading area, ensuring the area is only used to unload materials.
