Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for Value Chain Biotherapeutics, responsible for overseeing the strategic management of new biopharmaceutical products from sourcing to distribution. Job Summary

  • The Value Chain Lead will Launch and Grow, Biotherapeutics and is accountable for activities, from Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient sourcing/production to Finished Goods distribution, related to strategic oversight and management of new biopharmaceutical products (brands).
  • This position will develop the IMSC product strategy, including crafting, updating, and executing the Product Strategic Roadmap (PSR >supply chain lifecycle management plan) for each product/brand in their portfolio.
  • The Value Chain Lead, Launch and Growth, Biotherapeutics will lead global, cross-functional, multidisciplinary Value Chain Teams (VCTs), with full accountability for new product introduction strategy and execution.
