The IT Project Manager II provides technical leadership and oversight for the modernization of the Office of Technology Management’s (OTM) intellectual property database and reporting systems.
This role is responsible for directing the full project lifecycle—from requirements definition to final implementation, ensuring that new systems align with OTM’s strategic goals while being delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
The role also provides interim administrative support and functional oversight for the OTM Salesforce CRM environment.
