  • This position will require excellent customer service and quick decision making skills to identify and resolve internal user's technical issues with a heavy focus on laptop support with an even mix of Windows PC’s, Macs, and Mobile Devices.

Base: $120,800 - $137,900 (McLean, VA); Base: $109,900 - $125,400 (Richmond, VA); Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Managing IT projects or operations teams
  • At least 2 years Technical Operations experience
  • At least 2 years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure
  • At least 2 years experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
  • At least 2 years of experience with incident management and reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science
  • 2+ years of experience defining, implementing, and leveraging process management functions
  • ITIL Certification
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management
