Osaic is seeking a Vice President for their Advisors Channel Compliance, responsible for overseeing the investment adviser compliance program. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in RIA compliance, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to regulatory challenges within a hybrid work environment

Job Summary

  • Responsible for all aspects of the investment adviser compliance program within Osaic’s supported independence channel.
  • Drive continuous improvement to modernize the compliance experience for financial professionals and employees by implementation of more efficient processes, policies and procedures enhancements, automation of compliance functions, implementation of technology solutions, and leading change management initiatives.
