The position requires establishing and maintaining broad customer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other healthcare providers across the South Central territory.

Salary
Base: $179,400.00 - $229,400.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan or incentive compensation plan; Equity: Discretionary equity awards and Employee Stock Purchase Plan available
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Clinical oncology experience in hematology/oncology
MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO degree required
5 years clinical experience minimum
60-70% work-related travel required
Establish relationships with Hematologist/Oncologists
Nice-to-have
Prior MSL experience preferred
Knowledge of community oncology practice needs
Strong emotional intelligence appreciation
Ability to drive results as strategic thinker
Experience managing projects successfully
Key Requirements
MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO within clinical/scientific profession
Minimum 5 years clinical experience or biotech/pharma success
NP, PA, or Master's Degree with 6 years experience alternative
Expert understanding of disease states and treatment algorithms
High level of communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
