Haleon is seeking a Process Safety Specialist for their Environment, Health and Safety department, responsible for implementing and managing the Process Safety Management program at their site. The ideal candidate will have a background in occupational health and safety or engineering, along with relevant experience in the manufacturing industry

Job Summary

  • The incumbent would be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining the site’s Process Safety Management (PSM) program, ensuring that all processes involving hazardous materials or energy are designed, operated, and maintained safely.
  • The role provides technical leadership, risk assessment expertise, and governance to prevent loss‑of‑containment events, fires, explosions, and other process-related incidents.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our hybrid model allows employees to work from the office three days per week, with the option to work from home as needed.
