Job Summary

  • The Food Safety Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and enforcing all food safety, sanitation, and quality systems specific to our Ready‑to‑Eat (RTE) Monroe, WI operation.
  • This role ensures compliance with FSMA, HACCP, and GFSI requirements, with particular emphasis on post‑lethality exposure controls, environmental monitoring, sanitation effectiveness, and regulatory and customer expectations.
  • This position serves as a key liaison for food safety matters, establishing strong communication and alignment between the Monroe plant, the Lake Saint Louis office, our third-party warehouse(s), our primary product supplier, and other cross‑functional partners across the organization to ensure consistent execution of food safety expectations across the business.
