  • This role is built for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and wants to help establish a best-in-class Investor Relations function, from day-one public-company readiness through the first quarters as a standalone company.
  • Key Responsibilities include earnings cycle execution & disclosure, investigative prep and internal intelligence gathering, street consensus and competitive intelligence, and strategic analysis, valuation support & shareholder tracking.
  • This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to the Head of IR and close partnership with senior finance leadership, offering a chance to shape how a new issuer defines itself to the market from the start.
