Key Requirements

• 3+ years of total related experience
• 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities
• Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study
• 7+ years of experience with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
• 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement
• 7+ years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts
• Experience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposals
• Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
• Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts
• MRO/Services experience
