Pay Range: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour (BOE)

Must-have
Current active California Physical Therapist license
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Evaluate residents within 24 hours of referral
Develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students
Nice-to-have
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
Proficient in Casamba and PointClickCare systems
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
