  • Ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building in accordance with state and company policies.
  • Supervises the serving of alcohol by event day employees, holding pre-shift and post-event meetings.
  • Observes, documents, and reports all alcohol related issues, violations, pass-offs and suspected guest intoxication.

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours
