  • The Hospital at Home RN coordinates and evaluates complex care delivery projects, providing advanced clinical expertise, education, and contributing to research within their specialty.
  • This role facilitates change and collaborates closely with Tele Hospitalists, Physicians, APPs, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and patient placement teams to manage all aspects of hospital-level care at home admissions and transfers.
