Job Summary
As the Cryon Assistant Site Manager, you will report to the Site Manager and work alongside a team of permanent Grain Handlers that together deliver a safe and effective service in the receival, storage and outload of grain via road and rail.
In addition to undertaking a wide range of grain handling activities that are core to our operation, you will coordinate day-to-day workflow of the team and support to attract, select, train, and develop permanent and casual team members.
You should also have some experience in supervising teams (or the potential to), previous grain handling experience, good communication skills, time management and IT literacy, and capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
