Job Summary
Deliver, plan, and continuously improve effective and safe training that develops the competence of field operatives and stakeholders, translating technical knowledge into practical learning, supporting business needs, and promoting a strong service and safety culture.
Train proactively and coach field operatives in the Training Center and/or on site, conduct trainings to develop the competences of non-technical people, and seek and experiment new learning methods.
