Job Summary
Provide immediate and efficient technical support to traders and sales professionals on the trading desks, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted trading activities.
Support Sales, Structuring and Middle Office teams with Structured Product (OTC and Notes) lifecycle events and execute Onboarding Client Requirements.
Address and respond to issues stemming from internal sales teams, internal infrastructure teams, as well as external APAC and EMEA clients in a timely manner.
