Job Summary

• This role will be tasked to develop innovative solutions to simplify and track key events and deliverables across the commercial organization, proactively identify opportunities, and ensure those solutions are incorporated.
• Lead and motivate a mix of direct and matrix high performance teams to deliver a diverse set of responsibilities.
• Drive the Commercial Cell Therapy Leadership Team's operating model — meeting cadences, decision-making frameworks (including DAI), and cross-functional operating mechanisms across US and international markets.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• BA/BS required
• MBA, PharmD, or other graduate degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years combined commercial experience
• Deep understanding of US bio-pharma commercial market
• Global understanding of drug development processes
• Experience in Cell Therapy preferable
