Must-have
5+ years in delivery operations or PMO
Hands-on Power BI dashboard creation
Advanced Excel with Power Query and modeling
MS 365 ecosystem proficiency including SharePoint
AI and automation mindset for process improvement
Strong written communication for executive updates
Nice-to-have
BPO or GCC operations experience
Professional services and consultancy background
Built operational frameworks from scratch
Multi-market audit and compliance exposure
Key Requirements
5+ years in delivery operations, PMO, or service delivery management
Experience coordinating across multiple geographies and time zones
Background in large consulting firms, BPO, or GCC preferred
