Key Requirements

15-20 years leading projects in complex high rise/urban real estate
Strong working knowledge of architectural and mechanical drawings
Strong leadership skills
Experience supervising project managers
Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
Extensive knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
