Job Summary
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all traffic signals, Opticom preemption system, school flashers and traffic signal communication systems throughout the City.
Works in a lead role to assist the Traffic Signal Supervisor in the distribution of daily assignments and to provide field supervision for traffic signal technicians.
Job requires working from an aerial device at heights up to 40 feet and with energized or live electrical circuits.
