Salary
Base: $188,000 - $282,000 CAD (Vancouver); Base: $128,000 - $192,000 CAD (Other CAN locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years applied machine learning experience
2+ years PyTorch or TensorFlow experience
3+ years hosting ML models in production
2+ years working with Large Language Models
3+ years cloud computing platform experience
Nice-to-have
Master's or PhD in engineering or computer science
Experience leading and mentoring ML teams
Deep understanding of statistical analysis and NLP
Ability to solve ambiguous open-ended problems
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, physics, math or equivalent
Proven track record of leading ML Engineering teams
Experience taking products through applied research to production
