Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff while ensuring completion of employment related documentation and payroll.
  • Organize and conduct in-service education programs to assure competency and new skills for nursing personnel and facility staff.
  • Provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality and assisting with staff supervision and disciplinary measures.
