Job Summary

  • The General Manager is responsible for managing properties in accordance with JLL standards and procedures and the Management Agreement, tasked with achieving financial results, operating objectives, and client and tenant satisfaction.
  • This role combines high-level oversight with hands-on management, including direct supervision of senior support functions and a dedicated Property Manager for the Chantilly assets, while serving as the on-site leader for a prestigious Trophy asset in Falls Church.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience
  • Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management
  • Excellent financial acumen
  • Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, Yardi, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid real estate license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
  • Real Estate License and Property Managers License, required within six (6) months if not currently licensed
  • Professional certifications such as LEED GA, CPM, or equivalent
